Andreina Morales has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Recursos Humanos at Remax since December 2017, where responsibilities include recruiting and selecting real estate agents, CV screening, head hunting, managing induction logistics and training, posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining databases. Prior to this role, Andreina worked as a Psicologo at Multivision, Inc. from September 2007 to December 2017, and as a Psicologo Organizacional at the same company. Andreina began their career as a Psychologist at Venezolana de salud integral from January 2007 to September 2017. Andreina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín and a degree in Psychology with a focus on human resources from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta.
