Duyen Pham

Duyen Pham has over two decades of experience in the IT field, currently serving as a Senior IT Business Consultant and Senior Business System Analyst at Multnomah County since June 2001. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects for the Department of Community Justice, defining project plans, facilitating meetings, resolving developer roadblocks, and serving as a liaison between business partners and technical teams.
