Jason Normand

Jason Normand is an experienced professional specializing in research and evaluation within the public policy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Research & Evaluation Analyst at Multnomah County, Jason has previously held positions as a Project Associate at Rose City Projects, LLC, and a Graduate Student Research Assistant at The Nonprofit Institute at Portland State University. Jason also gained experience as a Graduate Administrative Assistant at the Middle East Studies Center at Portland State University and as a Site Director for the Washington Park Summer Camp under USTA Pacific Northwest. Academic achievements include a Master of Public Policy focused on Program Evaluation and International Development from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Willamette University.
