Craig has performed various roles during his mining career, from site-level fieldwork to senior management. This has afforded him a deep understanding of the challenges and obstacles that business customers and sales teams face. This understanding has led to the development of best practices and policies which has had a positive impact on the development of services business locally and abroad.

Craig believes that customer relationship management and account management are key components instrumental in developing and growing the services business. Knowing and understanding key customers is imperative to growth.

In conjunction with growing customer relationships, great care must be taken to improve relationships with partners and contributors to their business. Collaborating with partners and the successful implementation of service offerings with capital projects ensures the best value for the customer across the lifecycle of the equipment.
