Chris Belton

Chris Belton has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chris started their career in 1990 as a Sales Director for Johnson & Johnson, where they played a key role in achieving profitable sales growth and had full P&L responsibility. Chris later became the Vice President Commercial Excellence Europe for Johnson & Johnson, where they established a vision of commercial excellence and continuous improvement, leading to major P&L improvement initiatives.

Moving forward, Chris joined IRI as the European Vice President Sales, where they focused on the Health & Beauty, Household, and Food & Drink sectors. Chris later joined Reckitt Benckiser as the Global Category Director for Sales & Shopper Marketing, where they led the growth of the Airwick brand and optimized in-store execution.

Chris then led the Sales and Marketing efforts at Allergan as the Sales and Marketing Director for Consumer Healthcare & OTC, working with major retailers and pharmacies. Chris continued their career at Thornton & Ross as the Sales Director for Consumer Healthcare & OTC, overseeing key accounts and driving business growth.

Most recently, Chris joined Mum & You as a Sales & Marketing FMCG Consultant, focusing on retail go-to-market plans for the fast-growing Baby business. Throughout their career, they have consistently delivered results and demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and business strategy across various sectors.

Chris Belton has a strong education background with degrees in business and IT. Chris obtained a BA Honours 2/1 degree in Business & IT from The University of Huddersfield. Additionally, Chris completed an MBA with a double major in Marketing & Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. In terms of certifications, Chris is a Level 2 Tennis Coach certified by the LAWN TENNIS ASSOCIATION LIMITED, which they obtained in May 2021. Chris also holds a Level 1 Tennis Coach certification from the same institution, acquired in November 2020. Furthermore, they have a Level 1 Football Coach certification from The Football Association, obtained in 2019.
