Nathalia Sifuentes

Nathalia Sifuentes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in food service and hospitality management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Muncher since February 2022, Nathalia is responsible for overseeing food service operations and implementing profitable processes. Previously, Nathalia held the position of Country Director of Operations at Cozinha QuatroPontoZero while also co-producing and presenting a TV show focused on culinary themes. With a strong background in education, Nathalia teaches various specialized courses in culinary design and operational planning at multiple institutions, including Escola de Gestão em Negócios da Gastronomia. With over 21 years in the industry, Nathalia has also held leadership roles in consulting and has made significant contributions to several organizations, including SDI Brasil and the Recicleiros Advisory Council. Nathalia holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Restaurant Management and a Master's in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
