Matt Serdar

Matt Serdar, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the HVAC industry. Matt is currently the Director of Customer Support at Munch's Supply, LLC, where they oversee customer support operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Training Lead at the same company, where they developed and executed training programs for HVAC sales and craft personnel.

Before joining Munch's Supply, LLC, Matt held the position of Project Manager at Worth & Company, Inc., where they were responsible for stakeholder relations, construction management, contract management, job costs, scheduling, planning, and coordinating for a VRF retrofit project at Bell Laboratories.
