Arlet R. has worked in various roles over the past five years. In 2021, they began working at MundiMoto Group as an HR Operations & Communication and Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Prior to that, they worked at Balmoral Hotel as a Waitress from 2017 to 2021, and at Col·legi de Fisioterapeutes de Catalunya as an HR Assistant from 2016 to 2017.

Arlet R. attended Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Grado en Relaciones Laborales in Gestión de Recursos Humanos y Administración de personal.
