From 2018 to 2021, they worked as Director Gerente/Plant Manager for INKATOR, s.a. From 2015 to 2018, they held the roles of Plant Manager at Carbures for Automotive and Railway division and Operations Manager Carbures Mobility. From 2014 to 2015, they were an International Supplier Quality Consultant (Instructor) for redi-Group España Quality S.L. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as Quality & Operations Director for Motherson Sintermetal Products SA. From 1999 to 2007, they were Quality Director and DBS Coordinator Europe for Delphi. From 1998 to 1999, they were Quality Director for Ficosa International. Finally, from 1993 to 1998, they were Quality Coordinator for CASTELLON AUTOMOTIVE.

Fabian Patus received their Master's Degree in Master Ejecutivo en Dirección de Operaciones y Supply Chain Management from EADA Business School in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from EFEM Grupo Gates, Madrid in 2010.
