Francisco Garcia Garcia has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2013. Francisco began their career at Hosteleria Mayor S.L. as an HR & Recruiter, followed by a Human Resources Specialist role at Bankia from 2015-2016. In 2016, they joined Baker McKenzie as an HRBP IT/TECH, where they worked on talent management strategies and campus management. From 2018-2022, Francisco worked at Randstad Technologies US as a Team Leader Tech, Head of Tech Talent, and Executive Tech Consultant Manager. Francisco currently works at MundiMoto Group as VP of People and Tech HR Manager.

Francisco Garcia Garcia has a diverse educational background. Francisco began their studies in 2007, obtaining a Criminology degree from the Universidad de Salamanca. Francisco then continued their studies at the same university, obtaining a Law degree in 2014. In 2016, they completed a Master in Human Resources and Talent Development at the EAE Business School. Currently, they are pursuing a Software Engineer DAW (developer app web) degree at the Centre d'Estudis Politècnics.
