Alejandra Palazuelos has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Alejandra started their career as a Travel Advisor at Discover Canada Tours in 2009 and then moved on to Viajes Iberia as a Travel Advisor in 2010. In 2011, they joined Mundo Joven Travel Shop as a Travel Agent, where they eventually became the Location Manager and achieved a significant profit growth of almost 300% in 3 years. Alejandra later served as the Regional Commercial Coordinator, International Sales Manager, Corporate Strategic Alliances Manager, and currently holds the position of Groups and Events Director. In their current role, they have successfully developed and executed strategies to reach profit goals, designed and implemented marketing strategies, managed special projects including repatriation efforts during the COVID-19 crisis, and led teams of up to 12 people.

Alejandra Palazuelos completed their education in a variety of fields. Furthermore, they completed a diplomado titled "Protocolo Diplomático y Estrategias de Negociación" at Universidad de La Salle Bajío, A.C. in 2012.

Regarding international experiences, Alejandra completed a certificate program in hospitality management preparation at ILSC Vancouver in 2009. Alejandra also obtained a certificate in business management from ILSC Vancouver the same year. Additionally, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad Europea in 2010, focusing on tourism. Lastly, Alejandra pursued a GIHE Certificate in Hotel Operations at Glion Institute of Higher Education in 2010.
