Brian Chua

Brian Chua currently serves as the Head of Corporate Real Estate & Services for the APAC and MEA regions at Munich Re, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Brian Chua was the Senior Vice President at GIC, where responsibilities included corporate real estate, project management, and facility operations at the global headquarters in Singapore from July 2017 to July 2022. Previous experience encompasses roles such as Real Estate & Workplace Services Delivery Manager at Unilever Asia Private Limited, Project Director at Corporate Real Estate Advisers Pte Ltd, and NCO Project Director for the EMEA region at The Regus Group, where leadership involved managing multiple project managers. Additionally, Brian Chua acted as an independent project management consultant for P&G EMEA and held the position of Facility Manager at Procter & Gamble in Singapore. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and certifications such as Greenmark Manager from the Building and Construction Authority.
