Dip Gudka

Dip Gudka is an accomplished Finance Project Manager currently with TP ICAP since July 2023, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects focused on transformation, efficiency, and software upgrades. With extensive experience at Nomura from June 2009 to June 2023, Dip managed the NEHS Finance Data Project Team and collaborated with finance business leaders on critical data requirements, leading various projects including AnaCredit, DAC 6/MDR, CECL, and IFRS implementations. Prior roles include positions at JPMorgan Chase as a P&L & Risk Analyst and at Lehman Brothers as a CDO Balance Sheet Controller. Dip holds a Finance and Accounting degree from Brunel University London, an Oxford Fintech Programme certification from Saïd Business School, and a Prince 2 Foundation qualification.
