James Gouin

James Gouin is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Munich Re, James has previously held key leadership roles, including Executive Director at EY and Chief Information Officer of North America at AIG. Additionally, James served as SMD and Chief Information Officer at TIAA-CREF and Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Property & Casualty Insurance at The Auto Club Group. Academically, James earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science from Northern Michigan University.
