Jo-Anna Rubin-Berman

Jo-Anna Rubin-Berman is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leading HR Shared Services across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Regional Head of HR Shared Services and Vice President at Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. since 2017, Jo-Anna excels in achieving service excellence, establishing metrics, and driving continuous process improvements. Prior to this role, Jo-Anna held pivotal positions at TD Bank, where responsibilities included managing all HR Shared Services functions as SVP and leading the start-up of HR Shared Services as VP. Jo-Anna's earlier career includes influential HR leadership roles at Ocean First and Santander Bank, encompassing a range of HR responsibilities. Jo-Anna earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Economics from Cedar Crest College and also holds a paralegal certificate from the same institution, complemented by further education from Rutgers University.
