Kate Reed

Kate Reed is a seasoned professional in human resources and legal affairs, currently serving as the Global Head of Employee Advisory at Munich Re since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kate Reed was with American Modern Insurance Group for over two decades, holding positions such as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, as well as Corporate Counsel. Kate Reed earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law between 1996 and 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Ohio University, completed from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, Kate Reed has participated in educational programs offered by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
