Mark Leong

Mark Leong is an experienced talent management professional with a robust background in leadership development across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Lead for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at Munich Re since January 2019, Mark has previously held significant roles such as Head of the Leadership Academy APAC at UBS and Regional Organisational Development Manager at Zimmer. Mark's diverse experience includes leadership positions in talent management and organizational development at Marsh Asia, L'Oreal Asia, Asia Pacific Breweries, Raffles International, and Service Leadership Company. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Culture from Murdoch University.
