Neal Jones

Neal Jones serves as the Business Development Manager for North America at Munich Re since April 2023, focusing on the Realytix Zero technology platform aimed at digitalizing and automating underwriting for insurers and brokers. Prior to this role, Neal was a Production Underwriter at AFM Insurance from September 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing a profitable book of business and enhancing key broker relationships. Neal's extensive experience at FM Global spanned from December 2003 to September 2020, including positions such as Assistant Vice President, Product Owner, and Business Development Executive, concentrating on developing digital products and fostering long-term client partnerships. Earlier roles include various positions in journalism, including at The New Haven Register and The Narragansett Times. Neal holds a Master's degree in Communication and a Bachelor's degree in English, both from the University of Rhode Island.
