Shan Liu

Shan Liu, FSA, currently serves as a Project Manager for Product Development in New & Green Tech at Munich Re since September 2022. Prior experience includes being an MBA Candidate at Cambridge Judge Business School, where notable achievements included honorable mentions for the Cambridge-McKinsey Risk Prize 2022. Shan has also contributed as an MBA Consultant at the Stockholm Environment Institute, focusing on renewable energy investment strategies. Previous roles include Senior Actuary at WeSure, Actuary at Pacific Blue Cross, Assistant Actuary at AIG, Actuarial Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, and Actuarial Intern at Aetna. Shan holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University, in addition to a Master of Actuarial Science from Georgia State University.
