Susanne Schweiger

Susanne Schweiger is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and management. Currently serving as the Head of Section for Non-operating Entities & Master Data Management and as the Head of Section for Accounting Policy - Reporting & Governance at Munich Re since July 2020, Susanne previously held roles as a Senior Financial Accountant at the same organization. Before joining Munich Re, Susanne worked at Linde from May 2007 to June 2020, progressing from Specialist to Teamlead in the Management of Subsidiaries. Early career experience includes a Project Manager role at Bayern Kapital GmbH and a Bankkauffrau position at Kreissparkasse Kelheim. Susanne holds a Diplom Kauffrau Univ. in Economics from the University of Regensburg and has also studied at the University of Colorado Boulder.
