Charlie Barrineau

Charlie Barrineau is a Field Services Manager at the Municipal Association of SC. Prior to their current role, Barrineau had extensive experience working as a City Manager and Assistant City Manager at the City of Greenwood (SC). Charlie also served as a Roving Administrator at the Lower Savannah Council of Governments. Barrineau holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Presbyterian College.
