Kim Rhead

Kim Rhead is an experienced professional in legislative affairs and public policy, currently serving as the Legislative Affairs and Public Policy Director at the Municipal Employees' Retirement System of Michigan since December 2010. Prior to this role, Kim was a senior partner at Karoub Associates, providing multi-client political lobbying services from January 2000 to January 2011. Additionally, Kim served as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives from January 2003 to January 2009, focusing on banking and financial issues as well as public pension reform. Kim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Speech and Interpersonal Communication from Central Michigan University, completed in 1976.
