Ryan Kidney

Ryan Kidney has a strong background in human resources, particularly in roles as a Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources. Ryan began their career at JD Irving in 2004 as a Human Resources Manager, specializing in the sawmills and woodlands sector in Nova Scotia. In 2007, they joined Bird Construction as a Human Resources Manager, before moving to The Municipal Group of Companies/Dexter Construction in 2009. At The Municipal Group, they initially served as a Human Resources Manager before being promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources in 2013.

Ryan Kidney has a diverse education history. In 1999-2000, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in HR from Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC. From 1990 to 1994, they pursued a BA degree at Dalhousie University. More recently, they attended Ivey Business School at Western University in 2019, specializing in Executive Leadership. Additionally, they studied Labour Relations at Queen's University in 2012 and completed a CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) program in 2008.
