Todd MacDonald, CRSP, currently serves as the Health and Safety Manager at Municipal Group, where responsibilities include managing Safety Advisors, implementing health and safety programs, and conducting site inspections to ensure safety compliance. Previous roles include Senior Health and Safety Advisor and Health and Safety Advisor at Dexter Construction, where mentoring and supporting other safety professionals was a key focus. Todd's experience also includes volunteer firefighting with HRM Fire and an Environmental Technician position, along with academic credentials in Occupational Health and Safety from Nova Scotia Community College and firefighting training from Nova Scotia Firefighting School.
