Edward Broderick has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Edward currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at MPAC, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at MPAC from 2020 to 2022.
Before joining MPAC, Edward worked at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation from 2011 to 2019, where they held the position of Director of Employee Relations and Programs.
Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Director of Labour Relations at Community Lifecare Inc from 2008 to 2011.

Edward Broderick's education history consists of the following degrees and certifications. Edward obtained a Certified Human Resources Specialist (CHRP) degree from HRPAO in 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business and Human Resources from UOP in the years 2004-2007. Edward also holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Windsor, which they earned from 1986-1990.
In addition to their formal education, Edward Broderick has obtained various certifications. Edward received a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada in 2019. Edward is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and has completed Workplace Investigations Training and obtained a Certificate from Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP.
