Kathryn Chopp

Kathryn Chopp is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic and public affairs across various organizations. Kathryn has held significant roles, including Director of Strategic Communications at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, Director of Public Affairs at the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority, and Director of Communications & Stakeholder Relations at the Electrical Safety Authority, where Kathryn also served as Acting Vice President for Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. Additional positions include Director of Corporate Affairs & Communications and Manager of Communications, Marketing and Media Relations at the Electricity Distributors Association, as well as managerial roles in channel development and consumer marketing at the Ontario Power Authority. Kathryn Chopp holds an Advanced Certificate in Public Relations Management from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Carleton University.
