Ana Padilla Madrid is an experienced professional with a focus on gender equity and community participation. Currently serving as a support professional for the Mujeres Participación y Territorio program at the Municipalidad de Cerro Navia since April 2023, previous roles include note-taking for qualitative market studies at Cadem and project assistance for the Third Community Monitors School at Universidad de Las Américas. With a background in academia at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Ana has held various positions supporting courses on democracy, gender, and inequality. Ana also contributed to the Casa de las Mujeres of San Miguel through a study on street harassment and has researched diversity and inclusion initiatives during an internship at Puentes UC. Ana holds a degree in Political Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
