Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included managing BPM-Pega practice solutions and customer discussions.
