Cindy Fraterman

Cindy Fraterman is an experienced interim project supporter and coordinator with a focus on public administration and project management. Currently serving as an interim projectondersteuner for both Gemeente Zaanstad and Gemeente Noordwijk, Fraterman has worked on significant projects related to mobility measures and cross-domain collaboration in healthcare and safety. Previous roles include interim project support positions in various municipalities and organizations, such as Gemeente Medemblik and HLTsamen, where Fraterman played a key role in the development of public space initiatives. With a background in project leadership and management assistance at Rabobank, Fraterman has a solid foundation in coordinating projects, managing teams, and supporting strategic initiatives. Fraterman holds a Bachelor’s degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and studied at Tinbergen College.
