Thomas Lepera

Thomas Lepera currently serves as the Political Director for IBEW Local Union 98, a position held since January 2023. Since November 2019, Thomas has been the President of Norristown Council and has also held the title of Norristown Councilman At-Large. Thomas has extensive experience with IBEW Local 98, having been a Business Representative since June 2006.
