Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Engineering for the Municipality of North Cowichan since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Director of Engineering and Public Works at the Township of Esquimalt from October 2009 to April 2022 and served as the Environmental Planning Superintendent for the City of Red Deer from January 2000 to October 2009. Jeff Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Municipal, from the University of Alberta (1988-1991) and a Certificate in Strategic Leadership from UBC Sauder School of Business.
