Henry Labiste has extensive experience in marine engineering and repair, currently serving as Repair Supervisor for Port Operations at MCM | Munilla Construction Management since August 2017, supervising technical personnel and monitoring workflow at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
