Omar DAFIRI

Omar DAFIRI's work experience starts in 2020 as a Security Intern at Banque Centrale Populaire - BCP, where they worked from February to June. Omar then continued their work at the same company as a Security Engineer from January 2021 to August 2022. During this role, they provided technical support and incident management for the BCP group's internal messaging system and proxy servers. In 2022, Omar joined Munisys as a Cybersecurity Delivery Engineer, where they currently work.

Omar DAFIRI began their education in 2017 at the Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications where they pursued a degree in Engineering with a focus on Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking. Omar completed their studies in 2020.

In addition to their degree, Omar has obtained several certifications to further enhance their expertise in the field of cybersecurity. In February 2019, they completed the course "Introduction to Cyber Attacks" offered by Coursera. Later in the same month, they also completed the "Penetration Testing Essential Training" course provided by Linkedin Learning.

In January 2022, Omar obtained a certification called "Introduction to Cybersecurity" from Cisco. Additionally, in November 2022, they completed the "Check Point Certified Security Administrator CCSA R81" certification offered by Check Point Software Technologies Ltd.

Looking ahead to their future career, Omar obtained the "Gatewatcher Certified Security Professional" and "Gatewatcher Certified Security Expert" certifications from GATEWATCHER in February 2023. These certifications further demonstrate their dedication to expanding their knowledge and skills in the field of cybersecurity.
