Bill Finegan

Bill Finegan is a Shareholder at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, PC, where responsibility includes managing the Labor, Employment, and Immigration practice group since January 2014. With over 25 years of experience in employment and traditional labor law, focus lies on dispute avoidance and resolution while representing management throughout all phases of the employee-employer relationship. Previously, Bill Finegan served as a Partner at Fulbright & Jaworski from 2005 to 2013, leading the Labor, Employment, and Immigration group in the Dallas office. Prior to that, Bill Finegan was a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP, from 1988 to 2005, co-leading the Labor and Employment Law Group. Academic credentials include a JD with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a BS in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
