William Toles

William Toles is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in high-exposure civil litigation matters. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, PC since September 2021, William represents companies and individuals across various legal domains. Previously, William was a Senior Partner at Fee, Smith, Sharp & Vitullo from July 2012 to September 2021, where expertise included product liability, premises liability, and professional liability, among others. William also held the position of Partner at Wright & Toles and Stradley & Wright, P.C., focusing on similar legal areas and gaining significant trial experience in both defense and plaintiff roles. William began a legal career as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas. Education includes a JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a BA in Broadcast Journalism and American History from Washington and Lee University.
