Juliano Tripodi

Juliano Tripodi serves as the Global Applications Operations Manager at Munters since December 2023, overseeing Global Application operations, establishing processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and leading the software development lifecycle for global applications. Juliano's latest achievements include spearheading a Data Center migration and driving the initiative for an Outsourcing Strategy with defined SLAs and KPIs. Previously, from April 2011 to January 2024, Juliano held multiple roles at Electrolux Group, including CI/CD Manager and Agile Delivery Lead, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions. Other career experiences encompass consultancy positions at Ernst & Young and IT7 Sistemas Ltda, as well as roles in the finance sector at institutions such as BV Financeira and Santander Brasil. Juliano holds a degree in Business Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and completed a Disruptive Strategy course at Harvard Business School Online.
