Marie Fredriksson

Marie Fredriksson has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on various roles in HR management and consulting. Marie has worked in high-level positions for several companies, including Munters, HR AB People Management, Gunnebo, Alektum Group, Essity, Humanitera, Kvadrat AB, Nouryon, AkzoNobel, and Preem Petroleum AB. Their responsibilities have included HR director roles, senior executive positions, strategy facilitation, project management, talent management, change management, leadership development, and employer branding. Marie has experience working with international teams and overseeing large-scale HR projects.

Marie Fredriksson's education history includes a PhD in Behavioral Science from the University of Gothenburg, completed between 1993 and 1996.
