Oscar Lagerkranz

Oscar Lagerkranz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Oscar began their career in 2001 as a Receptionist at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs. Oscar then worked as a Care Assistant at Österåkers kommun, providing support to individuals with dementia. In 2006, they joined HSB, where they held positions as a Human Resources Coordinator and later as a Payroll Administrator. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of an HR Consultant at Academic Work before moving on to Munters. At Munters, Oscar has taken on several leadership roles, including Director Performance & Rewards, HR Manager, Director Total Rewards & HR Digitalization, and Vice President Total Rewards & People Technology. In these roles, they have been involved in various projects focused on digital transformation, career framework evolution, and HR support. Overall, Oscar Lagerkranz has demonstrated a strong background in HR and a proven track record in driving organizational change.

Oscar Lagerkranz attended Stockholm University from 2011 to 2014, where they participated in a Bachelor's program focusing on Personal, Arbete & Organisation (PAO). Prior to that, from 1999 to 2000, they completed their high school education at Lakeland Senior High School, earning a High School Diploma with a specialization in Media Production. Additionally, Oscar Lagerkranz has obtained several certifications, including being a certified Compensation & Benefits Professional and completing courses in ChatGPT for HR and Generative AI Fundamentals, all in the year 2023.
