Gregg Shuman

Gregg Shuman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Gregg has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise and leadership abilities.

Starting in 1989, Shuman worked at KBR, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer and later became an Engineering Manager for the Gulf Coast GTL Project. Gregg monitored all engineering activities, encouraged staff growth, and advocated for cost reduction and increased autonomy.

From 2008 to 2014, Shuman joined Shell as an Engineering Manager for the Pearl GTL Utilities Project and later became a Project Manager for the Gulf Coast GTL Project. In these roles, they oversaw the delivery of engineering deliverables, managed contracts, and ensured budget compliance.

In 2014, Shuman joined Basrah Gas Company as a Project Manager for various projects, including the West Qurna 2 Gas Pipeline Project and the Ar Ratawi NGL Project. Gregg successfully managed these projects, collaborated with stakeholders, and advanced them to their respective phases.

Shuman then moved on to SNC-Lavalin, where they held two positions. Gregg served as the Director of Project Management for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, providing strategic direction and integrating project management resources. Gregg also became the Vice President of Engineering for the Middle East, leading engineering staff and establishing strong relationships with project leads.

In 2020, Shuman joined Exyte as the Vice President of Corporate Engineering & Design. Gregg unified operations across different regions, led thousands of engineering and design resources, and managed technology and engineering processes across the organization.

Most recently, Shuman worked at KBR, Inc. again as a Senior Advisor, bringing their wealth of knowledge and experience to the company.
