Catalina Gaviña

Catalina Gaviña has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Catalina'smost recent position is as a Sr. Learning Experience Project Manager at Mural, where they have been working since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Collaboration Design Institute - Project Manager at Mural from May 2022 to February 2023 and as an Agile Coach from July 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Mural, Catalina worked at Santander Argentina, where they held multiple roles. Catalina was an HR Transformation Leader from December 2019 to July 2021, an Agile CoE Leader - Agile Coach from January 2019 to July 2021, and a Digital Transformation Project Leader - Product Owner from June 2016 to January 2019. In the latter role, they focused on customer journey analysis, pain point and opportunity detection, and the design of a new Digital Onboarding Model for SMEs, utilizing agile methodologies such as Design Thinking and Scrum.

Prior to Santander Argentina, Catalina worked as an Operational Excellence Specialist - Lean Coach at BNP PARIBAS Cardif Argentina from August 2013 to June 2016. Catalina also gained experience as a Consultant at Tandem Soluciones de Decisión from March 2010 to August 2013, a Consultant at Sinectra S.A from October 2008 to February 2010, and a Consulting Analyst at Accenture from May 2007 to August 2008.

Catalina's early career includes a role as a Trade Marketing Trainee at Mattel from October 2006 to January 2007. Overall, they have a diverse background in project management, agile coaching, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

Catalina Gaviña has a postgraduate degree in Negotiation from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. Catalina also completed an international exchange program in International Business at the Burgundy School of Business - BSB. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. Additionally, Catalina completed their Bilingual Baccalaureate at St. Catherine's Moorlands School.

Catalina Gaviña has obtained several certifications. Catalina is a Certified Facilitator and a Certified Practitioner from the LUMA Institute. Catalina also holds the Agile Coach certification from CertiProf. Catalina is a Lean Practitioner certified by the Lean Global Network. Catalina has a Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC) from CertiProf. Lastly, they are a Certified Agile HR Practitioner recognized by the Agile HR Community.
