Kimberlee Day

Kimberlee Day has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kimberlee is currently the Head of IT and Program Management Operations at Mural since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as the Manager of Enterprise Productivity & Collaboration Programs starting from November 2021.

From September 2018 to October 2021, Kimberlee was the Senior Director of IT Employee Enablement at Poly, where they focused on creating a productive workplace environment. Before that, they served as the Director of PMO and Global Collaboration & Productivity Applications at Plantronics from October 2011 to September 2018. In this role, they oversaw the implementation of new tools and processes to enhance enterprise productivity and collaboration globally.

Kimberlee also has experience as an Independent Project Management Consultant at MaxFlood, LLC in 2011, where they operated their own consultancy for project management process and technology solutions. Before that, they worked at RCM Technologies as the Associate Director of Enterprise Project Management from 2004 to 2011, where they utilized their project and portfolio management knowledge to assist clients in delivering successful projects.

Kimberlee was a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Click Commerce / Allegis, Corp from 2000 to 2004, where they coordinated project teams to deliver web-based sales solutions. Prior to that, they held consultant roles at Hewlett Packard in 1999-2000, focusing on program management and hardware integration services.

Kimberlee started their career at TravCal, a subsidiary of Travelers Insurance, where they held various positions in the Information Technology field from 1993 to 1999. Kimberlee eventually became the Director of Information Technology, overseeing technology and departmental operations.

Throughout their career, Kimberlee has demonstrated expertise in IT management, program and project management, enterprise productivity, collaboration programs, and consultancy.

Kimberlee Day holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Saint Michael's College. Kimberlee also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Connecticut. In addition to their formal education, Kimberlee has obtained several certifications including AWE | Accelerator from AWE, CSM (Certified Scrum Master) from Scrum Alliance, MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) from Microsoft, and PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute.
