Priyanka Patil

Priyanka Patil has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Priyanka is currently working as a Group Product Manager at Mural, where they manage the administration, permissions, and billing ecosystems for the company's largely Enterprise customer base. Their focus is on fostering growth in the Enterprise through enterprise-grade security, scalability, and optimizations. Priyanka is also responsible for managing the pricing and packaging for the Enterprise Plan customers and repackaging lower plans to move customers up the Enterprise value chain. At Mural, they have managed a team of Product Managers from Associate to Group PM level.

Before joining Mural, Priyanka worked as a Senior Product Manager at Bynder, where they led the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core DAM (digital/media asset management) product. Priyanka conducted in-depth product discovery with stakeholders across North American and European markets, conducted customer and market research, and helped identify gaps in the product market fit.

Prior to Bynder, Priyanka worked as a Product Manager and Senior Technical PM at Webdam | Bynder, leading the product cycle and managing technical implementations for internal and external stakeholders. Priyanka also worked as a Technical PM - Professional Services, gathering requirements and producing technical SOWs for customization projects.

Earlier in their career, Priyanka worked at Genesys as a Sr. Solutions Consultant and Solutions Consultant, handling end-to-end implementations and leading solution engineering and project management for clients. Priyanka also worked at the National Foreign Language Center as an Analyst/Test Coordinator, creating test plans and user workflows for an e-learning portal project.

Additionally, Priyanka has experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Discovery Communications, gathering and documenting requirements for video upgrade projects. Priyanka also worked as a Web Multimedia Assistant at the University of Maryland, creating webpages and coordinating news releases.

Priyanka Patil has a diverse education history. Priyanka earned a Master's degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland, completing their studies in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Priyanka completed their higher secondary education in Science from Fergusson College.
