Seema Jain

Seema Jain is currently the Head of Solution Consulting at MURAL. Seema has extensive experience in digital strategy and transformation, having worked as an Associate Partner at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, for over six years. There, they led digital strategy and transformation initiatives across the globe, assisting clients in various sectors to create best in class digital experiences that are data and analytics-driven, inspire loyalty, and grow revenue.

Jain has also worked as an Underwriting Consultant for Professional Risks at CNA Insurance, and as a Casualty Facultative Underwriter at General Reinsurance. In these roles, they were responsible for partnering with C-level executives to build customer-centric businesses by developing engagement strategies, identifying key areas for innovation and self-service opportunities, creating best in class customer and employee experiences and developing the transformation approaches required to deliver results.

Jain applies design thinking methods and guidance to identify and prioritize technology investments by bringing together silos and allowing for co-creation of solutions from concept through prototype, development, and testing.

Seema Jain attended the University of Saskatchewan, where they received their Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Marketing. Seema then went on to earn their certification from the LUMA Institute in Fundamentals of Innovation. Seema is also certified by salesforce.com as a Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and by IBM as an Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator and Practitioner. Additionally, they are a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator.
