Tim Krajcar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Software Integration Engineer at myCIO.com/Network Associates, where they were responsible for revision control, integration, and product deployment.

From 2001 to 2006, Tim worked at Concordia University Portland, first as a Network Support Technician, where they administered Cisco switches, routers, and Windows/Microsoft servers, and later as a Programmer/Analyst, developing Oracle T-SQL reports, functions, and procedures as well as ColdFusion web applications.

In 2006, Tim joined OECO as an MIS Manager, overseeing technology operations for a 350-employee aerospace manufacturing company. Tim successfully reduced spending on outside contractors and implemented infrastructure overhauls, earning him excellent performance reviews.

Next, Tim served as an Information Technology Manager at Innovation Asset Group from 2008 to 2009. In this role, they managed internal IT and customer-facing servers, along with serving as a technical point of contact for the professional services team.

From 2009 to 2014, Tim took on the role of Technical Director at The New Group, leading web and mobile app development teams and providing technical expertise to clients such as Hitachi, Nike, and Intel. Tim also handled internal IT and performed DevOps tasks.

In 2014, Tim joined New Relic, Inc. as an Engineering Manager, eventually rising to the position of Senior Director of Engineering. Tim led multiple teams and played a key role in transforming the company's product and engineering processes. Tim also oversaw the largest and most transformative project in the company's history, unifying its products into the "New Relic One" platform.

In 2021, Tim worked at Castle as the VP of Engineering. Tim led all aspects of engineering for the startup, including core product, data science, infrastructure, and infosec. Tim reshaped the team and rebuilt the product and engineering processes, creating a cohesive and productive organization.

Tim also served as an Advisor at PilotEdge in 2011 and is currently the VP of Engineering, Product at Mural since 2022.

Tim Krajcar obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Washington State University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Later, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration with concentrations in entrepreneurship and e-commerce at Concordia University-Portland.
