Jonathan Mynard

Team Leader / Research Fellow (cardiovascular Bioengineering) at Murdoch Childrens Research Institute

Jonathan Mynard is an accomplished researcher in cardiovascular bioengineering with extensive experience at the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute since April 2013, where roles have included Team Leader and Senior Research Officer. In addition to current responsibilities as Founder and Convenor of BPOzKids since February 2021 and as an Executive Committee Member of the High Blood Pressure Research Council of Australia since August 2019, Jonathan has also contributed to postdoctoral research at the Biomedical Simulation Laboratory, University of Toronto from April 2011 to March 2013. Academic credentials include a PhD in Fetal and Neonatal Haemodynamics from the University of Melbourne, an MRes in Computer Modelling in Engineering from Swansea University, and a BSc/BEng in Medical Biophysics and Electronic Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology.
