Louise Mirallié

Louise Mirallié is the current Head of Operations at Murfy. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operational Strategy & Transformation at finfrog, a mobile micro-loan company in France. There, they scaled operations by automating manual tasks, optimising processes and recruiting 4 FTEs. Louise also led the data scientist team to improve machine learning models’ performance and created a new framework to analyse loan applications, reducing the time spent by loan application by 10%. In addition, they reduced the number of customer tickets per euro sold in 1 year by 70% by setting up customised tools and improving operational processes.

Before their time at finfrog, Louise was an Associate Consultant at Credo Business Consulting (now operating as Teneo Consulting) for 1 year and 7 months. Prior to that, they were an Associate Intern at The Boston Consulting Group for 7 months and an Assistant Project Manager at Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France for 6 months.

Louise started their career as a Worker at Groupe SEB for 2 months.

Louise Mirallié studied Industrial Systems, Manufacture and Management at the University of Cambridge, where they earned their Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in 2016. During their time at Cambridge, Louise was a member of the Cambridge Union Society and participated in the ISMM postgraduate programme, which included company visits, consulting projects, and a study tour in India. Louise's thesis was on Successful Digital Service Business Models, and they designed a typology to describe the business models in digital services and identify key success factors.
