David Mansell

David Mansell is an experienced professional currently serving as a European Patent Attorney and Patent Scientist at Murgitroyd since May 2016, focusing on the drafting, filing, and prosecution of UK and European patent applications in the mechanical engineering sector. Prior to this role, David worked at Glythera from January 2014 to May 2016, initially as a Development Chemist and later as a Senior Development Chemist, leading projects on antibody-drug conjugates for cancer treatment and developing technical strategies. David's earlier experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at the University of Manchester from February 2010 to December 2013, where research concentrated on biocatalysis and carbon-carbon bond reduction. David holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Chemistry with Forensic Science, both earned from The University of Manchester.
