Tami L. Fay is an Associate Attorney at Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane, LLP, where since May 2010, representation has focused on private schools and public school districts in special education disputes, labor and employment practices, and discrimination complaints. Prior experience includes a legal internship at the Massachusetts Bureau of Special Education Appeals in 2009, where assistance was provided to Hearing Officers in legal research and drafting opinions. Tami also served as an English Department Substitute and Teaching Intern at Casablanca American School from August 2007 to July 2008, teaching and supporting students in grades 6-12. Tami L. Fay holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages from Dartmouth College, where graduation was achieved Cum Laude. Earlier education was completed at Phillips Academy, Andover.
