Daniel Rosenak

Daniel Rosenak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, customer support, and sales across various industries. Currently serving as a Warranty Analyst and Road Assist Team Supervisor at Murphy-Hoffman Company since November 2021, Daniel manages emergency responses for semi-truck breakdowns via a 24/7 Road Assist Call Center. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Customer Support Specialist, coordinating repairs and minimizing downtime for heavy-duty trucks across North America. Daniel also served as Operations Manager at The Gallery Event Space from September 2015 to April 2020, overseeing staff and operations for large-scale events, and worked as a Sales Professional for Enagic, promoting eco-friendly cleaning solutions in commercial sectors. Daniel holds a Master of Arts in American History from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in History and Government Education from The University of Kansas.
