Courtney Zachman

Courtney Zachman is a seasoned petroleum engineer with extensive experience in reservoir engineering and business development. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer in Business Development at Murphy Oil Corporation since June 2017, Courtney has conducted economic and subsurface analyses for offshore fields and has acted as the Regional Reserve Coordinator for offshore assets. Prior to this role, Courtney held multiple positions at Chevron from February 2010 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing significant capital projects and leading reservoir management efforts in various international markets. Early career experience involved internships at Chevron and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where skills in production optimization and reservoir evaluation were developed. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, obtained in 2009.
